Avoid taking in any drink in such an atmosphere
Find out from the employer, the guidelines for protection from lead poisoning given by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). For more information, refer to the section ‘Other Places to Get Help’ in the topic ‘Lead Poisoning’.
After your work, before entering the car, if possible have a shower bath. Change clothes, shoes etc. This will prevent lead particles being transferred to your house. If you have the facility of washing the clothes at work spot, make use of it. Otherwise arrange to wash your clothes separately, without mixing with the clothes of others in the house.
The same as above is applicable if you are engaged in a hobby with exposure
to lead.
